For us, health and wellness is more about a lifestyle than exercise. If you dread the treadmill, elliptical or stair stepper then don't do them! Find things you like, because there are so many things out there for us to be active. From fitness classes at your city's recreation center or gym, to walking around the park, to community walking groups... there is an endless list of ways to get your exercise.
We recommend two to three days a week of resistance training, which may be the only exception to our viewpoint of enjoyment. Although, we believe that you will be able to find a routine of resistance exercises that you will enjoy and you will feel refreshed and accomplished afterwards.
