Want to be fit?

Then do what fit people do!

Borrowing and modifying this from Dave Ramsey's motto, "If you want to be rich, do what rich people do." 

If you think about this, it really makes sense. How many fit and healthy people do you see frequently going to McDonald's (or any other fast food restaurant for that matter)? Not a lot. Sure there are exceptions and these places are trying to give you more healthy options but the numbers are not high. It takes a little effort and brain power to plan out your meals and prepare them, but don't you think your health is worth it?

Fit and healthy people also remain active. Whether it be through going the gym, doing activities outdoors or just plain moving! 

You are not going to get fit and healthy but not changing habits. We all need to eat a little better and be more active.
