All packages include at least an assessment at the beginning and one at the end (ideally one every six weeks as well). The assessment includes a couple performance test to help us see your improvements in strength and endurance. It will also include getting on the scale and body composition tests.
Three sessions a week helps obtain optimum results.
Personal training in my gym
Bronze: 25 sessions @ $50 per session
Silver: 50 sessions @ $45 per session
Gold: 100 sessions @ $40 per session
Platinum: 130 sessions @ $35 per session
In-home personal training
Bronze: 25 sessions @ $65 per session
Silver: 50 sessions @ $60 per session
Gold: 100 sessions @ $55 per session
Platinum: 130 sessions @ $50 per session
You can pay all at once or we can work together on payment plans.
